Top-level error type for the Core crate.

Every fallible operation in Core returns Result<T, CoreError>. Use the ? operator freely – both ValidationError and FoundationError convert via #[from].

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Validation(ValidationError)

Document validation failed.

Foundation(FoundationError)

A Foundation-layer error propagated upward.

InvalidStructure

Structural issue that is not a validation failure.
